Main Tasks :
* The responsibility of the Coordinator, Banking, is to coordinate the establishment of banking operations for new stores.
* Liaise with US and European divisions on banking, credit card, armoured car and bad debt issues.
* Respond to requests for information from credit card processors and dispute credit/debit card chargebacks.
* No good check handling and booking entries associated with this process.
* Process and inventory items according to corporate record retention policy.
* Book journal entries as required.
* Required to train in and understand the Reconnet reconciliation software to act as a support to US banking team. Act as banking problem resolution point for European stores.
* May be required to perform additional duties as assigned by supervision.
Requirements :
* MEAO BA/BE or equivalent or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
* Skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Knowledge of PeopleSoft accounting software a plus.
* Very good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret all forms of communication.
* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
* Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
* Ability to plan and perform a sequence of processes where recognized methods are available and to constructively take initiative to proceed to conclusions.
* Must be punctual and meet attendance requirements.
* Must be able to accept direction.
* Ability to work for a number of executives.
* Fluency in English (verbal & written) Fluency in French (verbal & written).

A full time job (40 hours) one year contract, good working conditions and plenty career opportunities. The salary depends on experience and education.
