Role:
They have recently established their European Sales function in Cork, Ireland. This team is responsible for selling their hardware and software services and solutions to customers across Europe. Their inside sales teams work closely with lead generation, Country Marketing and in-country sales teams to profile new customers, present web demos and drive revenue and margin.
A new position has been created for a Benelux Inside Sales Manager. This is a sales management role that involves managing a team of IT sales professionals that will cover the Dutch, Belgian & Nordic region. The sales manager will manage the Nordic and Dutch sales team, setting targets, driving revenues, assisting with sales development & sales methodologies and hiring new staff. The team will be 15-20 staff and this number will grow.
Skills:
To be considered for this role you will need to be a fluent Dutch speaker and have a track record in managing a sales team in an IT Sales environment. Candidates should be able to demonstrate 2-4 years sales management as well as a background in technology sales. Candidates that have worked in IT sales or telesales operations are preferred as the environment is very sales focused requiring solid sales management.
