Job description:
Unique Multilingual Services is the multilingual specialist within Unique Nederland BV. We are the No.1 professional partner in recruitment of native and multilingual professionals. Our internationals/ expats have experience in coping with and adapting to multicultural environments both professionally and socially. They are also highly skilled and motivated to work in any financial, administrative, commercial or secretarial role.
For our Eindhoven office we are looking for an International Consultant who speaks both English and Dutch fluently, any additional languages are a plus. You will be responsible for recruitment as well as sales tasks within an international setting.
Main responsibilities are:
Recruiting, selecting, interviewing, motivating and coaching candidates. You will receive training at the beginning, however are required to quickly work independently and place employees at clients and prospective clients. You will be responsible for maintaining contact with existing clients and build relationships, and you will be approaching new clients according to a sales plan set up for this year. You will be calling a a pre-determined number of prospects and clients on a weekly basis to offer candidates or obtain references, and to arrange appointments for visiting clients together with your Business Unit Manager.
Also, you will be informing temporary employees on the Dutch labour market, collective labour agreement [CAO], and the Dutch social insurance system; and you will handle questions from temporary employees and clients independently. These questions can relate to handling administration, including salary payments, sick and recovery reports, changes and corrections or other important information.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with at least one to two years of experience in sales and/or recruitment, and an education on HBO level. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, an extravert personality, and a result oriented attitude. You must be able to set prioritites and work with deadlines, whilst working with tagets.
You must be able to conduct a commercial meeting in Dutch and English, and possibly a third language, and have the insight and flair to sell the services of Unique Multilingual Services to clients.
