Job description:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Flemish and French speaker who enjoys being in contact with clients, solving problems and dealing with numbers.
Credit Controller
Tasks:
- Being in contact through phone and e-mail with clients about open invoices and sending any complaints through to the regional office.
- Gathering information about credit issues and informing the regional offices
- Sending copies of invoices to clients
-Ad hoc tasks
Requirements:
- MBO+ level
- Fluency in the Flemmish and French language is a must (both written and spoken)
- Able to work with automated communication systems
- Accuracy
- Proactive
- Flexible
- Team-player
- Service minded both internally and externally focussed
