Company: Our client is a leading online gaming (MMORPG) company. They have released a well known game and are now building their support team in Amsterdam. They are currently growing their French, German and Dutch teams.
Role: Your role will be to support the online gamers on in-game support, hardware support and software support. You may also be responding to queries for add-ons such as additional paid features. You will take calls, emails, instant message, chat and “in game” messages from customers in Dutch and French.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak Fluent Dutch & French and will have very good command of English. He/She will possess previous Technical Support, PC support, Helpdesk or Gaming Support/ Testing skills. Candidates with an interest in multimedia, personal technology devices etc will be at an advantage.
