Our client is an expert in manufacturing electronic measuring devices of high quality. They offer service and support to their clients throughout Europe, which is why they have their own service & support center.
We are looking for a new team member at the customer support department who speaks Italian fluently, and preferable also French. Technical experience is not required however technical affinity is necessary because you will receive product training for their technical devices.
Your responsibilities include:
Order intake, registration and handling of complaints, providing customers with information regarding deliveries, customs regulations, and transportation and shipping. Also, you will inform the customers in regard to prices and delivery times of their ordered products.
You will support your team members and will act as back up wherever necessary.

- Fluency in Italian or French is preferred additionally.
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Customer service oriented
- Team player
- Willingness to learn
