Company: Our client is operating in a nice market but in their business they are well known as they are the global market leader. They have expanded progressively over the past 20 years in Europe and the US with operations all over Europe and the US. They have their European centre based in a young and dynamic city just outside Amsterdam!
Role: This role is very challenging customer support role. This is not a 100 calls a day job but a high end B2B support role. You will liaise on a daily basis with internal and external clients to ensure supply and demand of products meeting each other. Furthermore you are responsible to troubleshoot any problems and support the management team with ad-hoc tasks.
Skills: To be considered for this role you need to have a good understanding of the meaning, operations and role of a customer support, sales support, correspondant or order management team. Experience is required but not necessarily needed if you can compensate with a relevant business degree. Furthermore you are a real relationship builder and have excellent communication skills both spoken and written. We require a language combination of German and English to fluent level (knowledge of Swedish will be considered an advantage). Experience on SAP or Oracle is a distinct advantage.
