Are you the new Mid Term Planner within Unilever’s Supply Chain?

The department of Demand & Supply Planning is part of the Supply Chain organization of the Marketing and Sales organization of Unilever Benelux. The main tasks and responsibilities of the Demand & Supply department are taking the lead in the demand volume forecasting process, part of the Sales & Operations Planning.
Within this Demand & Supply Planning team, we are looking to recruit a experienced, self assured, entrepreneurial and analytical strong Mid Term Planner (requisition number 27363)
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate and create Business Volume Forecast for the coming 24 months;
• Chair monthly Business Volume Forecast Meeting with business Sales, Marketing and Finance. This forecast will be used to head up to the Supply Chain (i.e. production planning) as well as Financial Business Forecast;
• To represent the Supply Chain in the Category Business Teams within the Marketing Sales organization;
• To participate at the Rough Cut Capacity Planning meetings with European Supply Chain Categories and factories, also to participate in formulating the Service Level Agreements;
• To take care of Root Cause analyses on the most important KPI's like Forecast Bias & Accuracy and Customer Case fill & Obsoleteness;
• Coordinate and create Innovation Forecast/ Planning.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor/ master degree and knowledge Supply Chain and Business processes;
• Knowledge of ERP systems;
• Knowledge of systems, like SAP/ APO and promo planning systems;
• Affinity with statistical forecast models;
• Organizational awareness and planning own job;
• Self confidence, no fear for looking confrontation if needed;
• Significant and proven experience with supply chain;
• Affinity with FMCG-market;
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
