The company is now establishing Shared Service Centres across EMEA and are actively recruiting for the following positions in The Netherlands (Vianen).
Main Tasks
The key focus of this role is to maintain and ensure growth of the sales and market share of company products, services and programs by supporting the company Sales Team in conducting targeted outbound calling campaigns. These campaigns will focus on:
* Follow up on leads received from Marcom activities.
* Develop vertical named accounts in the Preferred Account segment (1,000 – 5,000 employees) in order to build project funnel and or close sales opportunities.
* Develop named accounts from our client’s Enterprise customer segment in order to build project funnel.
* Support the company RPP/Authorised/Certified Partner Program (CRPP) by calling on a named list focused on recruitment and development of partners.
* Follow up on expiring warranties and service contracts and drive renewals
Essential Functions:
65% Outbound Calling to ensure objectives of campaign are achieved e.g. identify and qualify opportunities from leads, establish direct relationships with specified Accounts and build sales funnel, recruitment and development of partners to next stage in certification, service renewals
10% Identify Opportunities from calls and move customer towards a sale via partner or web, forward projects to sales team for follow up and closure
10% Schedule meetings for DM’s with Accounts
10% Develop and map named Accounts to understand points of influence in the account, gain access to the accounts planning process and key project influencers
5% Drive Repeat buying from accounts
Secondary Functions:
* Reporting on activities completed in agreed format
* Supporting selected sales events, trade shows etc
Requirements
* Experience with required education - 2 - 4 years of related experience
* Experience without required education - 4 - 5 years of related experience
* Fluency in Dutch and English languages
* 3rd Level qualification preferably in business related discipline
* Have completed Aslan 1 and 2 or similar program
* 4+ Years previous sales experience in the area of telemarketing or telesales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good problem solving abilities and aptitude to understand and explain technical information
* Drive for Results, will to achieve/overachieve set targets
* Ability to maintain excellent customer rapport
* Excellent discovery skills and outbound calling skills essential
* Ability to multitask
