•Preparation, distribution, recording of correspondence.
•Preparation and producing reports, proposals, procedures or documents.
•Maintenance and control of filing/archiving department directories.
•Organizing meetings, diaries.
•Copying, scanning documents.
•Maintain contact details.
•Hostess for clients and guests.
•Taking on some of the managers tasks.
•Liaise with lawyers and clients.
Requirements
•Minimum MBO level, secretarial or office management education.
•Minimum of 4 years experience in similar position in a legal environment.
•Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint).
•Excellent knowledge of oral and written English.
•High level of multitasking/organizational skills.
•Understanding of legal terminology.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure.
•Proactive.
