As multilingual pre-sales associate you are responsible for following up warm business-to-business leads (inbound and outbound) of companies regarding the acquisition and use of fuel cards for one of our very well respected clients.
Main daily tasks include:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â informing interested customers about the fuel cards
-Â Â Â Â Â Â checking eligibility for the fuel cards
-Â Â Â Â Â Â completing administration (in close contact with new customer)
-Â Â Â Â Â Â setting up contract
-Â Â Â Â Â Â welcome calls
-Â Â Â Â Â Â retention calls
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain fully informed on surveys, service and campaigns of the client in the local market.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Supports the running projects actively
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Accurately logging and recording the calls in line with procedures and maintaining and updating all administration.
Â
This job needs to be fulfilled within given timescales, efficiently and effectively. It is important to meet specified call volume/production targets which are agreed per market.

Requirements
Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Fluent in SWISS German to support the SWISS German market. English language skills need to be good to understand and contribute to internal communication.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Conveys information clearly and effectively both written and verbal and active listening skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Team player and self motivator
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Some experience with sales and providing customer service
-Â Â Â Â Â Â High level of accuracy
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Displays a positive attitude to customer, client and to the team
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Able to organize the administration and data inputting to ensure accurate information is held
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Well developed PC skills.
Salary indication
-      A salary of € 1 550 (gross) per month.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Performance bonuses.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Very international, professional but informal work atmosphere.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â 3-6 month definite contracts for 40 hours per week, with Sykes and on the long run even indefinite contracts.
-      24/7 free public transport travel card to explore the Netherlands by bus, train, tram and metro. The value of this card is € 500 per month.
-      Very close to major transport hub – Amsterdam Sloterdijk (west of Amsterdam).
