About the job
Main responsibilities:
• Draw up and maintain QCs (including forwarding to selected suppliers and drawing up purchase costs summaries)
• Process Purchase Orders in SAP
• Input and maintenance of the Master Data of all PFBV products, suppliers and customers
• Order and process specific goods bought from UKfor ‘own' orders
• Participate (monthly) in Purchase department meetings, including taking down the minutes
• Process prices into spreadsheet (Excel)
• Assisting with the execution of the NPD process
• Send and monitor samples, sample shipments to and from suppliers
• Assist Buying Manager with the execution of purchase activities for the various SBA's
• Execute ad hoc activities at Purchase (for instance solving SAP issues)
Requirements
Knowledge / skills required:
• Have intermediate / higher vocational level of working and thought through work experience or education in preferably purchase management or BA
• Have about 1 year of work experience (within FMCG)
• Candidates with experience in Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain have the preference
• Candidates with experience within an internationally (in a number of European countries) operating organization have the preference
• Have knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (must) and SAP (preferably)
• Good communicative skills, both towards colleagues and (international) suppliers
• Be result-oriented to achieve your goals
• Capable of working on one's own and in teams
• Have analytical insight (numbers and information)
• Have cost-awareness
• Have a flexible mentality and stress resilient attitude to work in an ever changing environment
• Must have the ambition to push your career forward
• Workable knowledge of Dutch and English (verbal and written). Candidates with, in addition, workable knowledge of Spanish, Italian or Polish (verbal and written) have the preference
