Role: The role of Danish Online Customer Service Agent involves the following;
-Working with customers to support their product and service queries
-Supporting clients via email, chat and telephone
-Escalating technical or challenging queries that cannot be completed
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
- Fluency in Danish and English
- Previous experience in Retail, Technical Support, Help Desk or Customer Service
- Interest in Technology and solid computer skills
