� Understand financial nature of queries and respond on an adequate level of professionalism

- Provides ongoing support to Customers with regards to the design, layout and functionality of Xnet. Acts as a partner with Information Services on continuous improvement of the Xnet.
- Lead intra team continuous improvement projects as identified by team leader.

Requirements
Education and experience:

2+ years experience in Customer Service or related field or

experience as Customer Service Support

Ability to switch from task to task in a seamless and efficient manner (e.g. phone calls, email, faxes)

Role purpose
The Markting Representative is responsible for the ongoing procurement of high quality raw materials (plastics) to be exported to our clients in the Far East.
