Our client, an international company is now looking for a Native level Polish speaker with any of the following languages: Spanish/German/French/Italian.

Job description
Serve as ‘touch point’ for regional liaison of all customer requirements and expectations, providing appropriate links into other business areas i.e. sales, finance etc.

Provide accurate and appropriate responses to all inbound inquiries. Furnish verbal and written information regarding product, pricing and discounts. Take ownership of validating accuracy and track acceptance of inbound orders. Monitor delivery commitments and maintain order where applicable through interaction with team members. Prompt resolution of client complaints. Utilisation of ‘back office’ order input facility. Passively assist in the recovery of accounts receivable.

Requirements
For this position we are looking for a mature individual with a higher education. Preferably you are experienced in working within an industrial sector. Proven administrative background with customer focused/commercial experience.

Knowledge of MS Office, Oracle/SAP is a plus.

Preferably native level Polish, with fluency in English. Italian/Spanish/French or German is valued as an asset.

Living close to Venlo/Eindhoven
