Telephonic interviewer/fieldwork researcher

Job Role:

As an International Agent you will be calling businesses and consumers in countries throughout the world gathering market research data for major international companies. This involves:
--approach respondents (via telephone)
--conduct telephonic interviews
--data entry

-- Have a MBO/HBO/University education or Relevant Work Experience
-- Have very good communication skills
-- Want flexible working hours
-- Are outgoing and enthusiastic
-- Intermediate English language skills for internal communication
-- Have basic computer skills
-- Available for and want flexible working hours
-- Would like to work in an established international market research call center
-- Live in the Rotterdam Area (not over 35km from Rotterdam - exceptional cases may be considered)
-- Have a valid work permit for the Netherlands.

As a translator with Booking.com, you are part of our Content team, which currently consists of more than 80 translators translating into 37 different languages. The Content team manages the content of the hotel web pages, and this includes drafting hotel descriptions, editing, translating texts and monitoring guest review feedback on the website.

As a Translator you are responsible for the translation of all the information on our website from English into your native language. Utilizing your specific language skills, you will translate a variety of texts, such as hotel content, press releases, newsletters, and any other content related material.

Required Skills

� Native Arabic, Turkish, Slovenian, Croatian, Ukrainian, Brazilian or Hindi and excellent knowledge of the English language;
� Experience with translation of commercial texts;
� Bachelor/University level;
� Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Internet);
� Preferably a tourism background;
� Flexible, accurate, stress resistant.
