As a Customer Contact Representative in our Sales and Service Centre you answer travel related questions coming from KLM’s customers and, if applicable, travel agents. You suggest opportunities for them to fly with KLM and make the travel reservations or help them solve their own specific problem while visiting KLM website. You look for improvements in the process and take further action if needed. &lt;br /&gt;

The Candidate&lt;br /&gt;

•	General (HAVO) or professional (MBO) secondary education level of work and perception&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent knowledge of German &amp; English (is a must)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Fluent knowledge of Dutch is strongly reccomended but not essential&lt;br /&gt;
•	Experience in working with computers&lt;br /&gt;
•	Excellent communication skills (verbal &amp; written)&lt;br /&gt;
•	Education in tourism&lt;br /&gt;
