The Customer Service Center in Brno began its operation in June 2005 and currentlyhas more than 280 employees. We deliver customer service for Lufthansa’sCentral and Eastern European markets. Our Customer Service Consultants operatein 12 different languages and provide general reservations, information to theloyalty program “Miles and More”, travel agencies support and also servicesfor Swiss International Airline.
